Mark
Holmes is the father of two GenY children—Jonathan
and Jaclyn. He sees first-hand the talent and potential of this
generation and he’s encouraged and inspired by their quest
to succeed. Professionally, Mark has been helping companies
with the people side of business for more than 20 years; first
as a corporate executive, then as an entrepreneur and sales
and management consultant. His clients are diverse and range
from corporate giants like Cisco Systems and Dunkin Donuts to
small and mid-sized entrepreneurial firms. He’s the author
of three books, a popular keynote speaker at industry conferences
and a frequent source for both print and broadcast media. His
popular book, The People Keeper is used by managers in corporations
throughout the country. He recently appeared on television’s
Fox Business Network as a generational expert and his articles
on the subject have been published in numerous trade publications.

Bette
Price, CMC, is the grandmother—yes, that’s right—grandmother,
of two Gen Yers—Brittany and Lauren. She’s mighty
proud of them and credits them for keeping her up-to-date and
forward-thinking. Professionally, Bette is a management consultant,
keynote speaker and the author of three books including the
popular True Leaders which has been translated into five languages.
She holds multiple certifications in the science of how and
why people perform in the workplace and is frequently interviewed
and quoted in the mainstream media as well as industry publications.
She was recently featured in an interview about leadership and
the new generation in HRManagement magazine. For the past twenty-plus
years she has consulted on leadership issues in such diverse
industries as waste management, financial, technology, healthcare
and professional services. She has earned the Certified Management
Consultant (CMC) designation from the Institute of Management
Consultants, USA and serves on its national Board of Directors.
